Photo and video
people actually finish watching.
Production for social with judgement: photos that look like your brand, vertical video edited to retain, and AI-generated pieces when the budget or the calendar will not stretch to a shoot. All of it built around the first three seconds.
The real problem
You do not lose on image quality, you lose at second three
You can shoot on a very expensive camera and still have nobody get past the first second. On social you are not competing against other videos in your sector: you are competing against the thumb. The only thing that decides whether you get watched is how many people keep looking after the opening, and that is solved in the script and the edit, not in the gear.
The same goes for photos. A well-lit catalogue with no visual judgement does not build a brand: they are correct photos that could belong to anyone. What makes someone recognise an image as yours before reading the account name is art direction, not megapixels.
So we work both layers: the production, and the retention strategy running underneath it.
Signs this is your step
- Your videos open with a greeting and an introduction.
- They look good, but nobody reaches the end.
- Your photos could belong to any competitor.
- You shoot a lot and publish little because editing slows you down.
- Your feed does not look like your business or your brand.
What is included
What we produce
Brand photography
Product, premises, team and detail, with a defined art direction: palette, light, framing and recurring objects so the whole feed reads as one brand.
Vertical video
Reels, TikToks and shorts conceived vertically from the script, not cropped from a horizontal video. With a designed cover, not a random frame.
Professional editing
Pacing, cuts, colour grading, licensed music, on-screen text and burned-in subtitles, because most people will watch without sound.
AI video
Pieces generated or assisted by AI for concepts that would be expensive to shoot: animations, environments, voiceovers, dubbing and variants of the same ad. Always labelled when it could mislead.
Scripts and hooks
The script for each piece with its opening hook, development and close. Plus several versions of the opening to test which one retains better.
Content bank
A single shooting day yields pieces for several weeks, organised and delivered in a folder with clear names, ready to publish.
Retention
How a video that gets watched is built
The structure is always the same, and it works because it respects how people look at a phone.
Hook in three seconds
Open on the conflict, on a statement that unsettles, or on an image that does not fit. Never with a greeting: introducing yourself at second one is the fastest way to lose half the audience.
A clear promise
Within the first seconds the person has to know what they get if they stay. No promise, no reason to keep watching.
A story that connects
A concrete case, a before and after, a mistake of your own. The same structure as always: someone wants something, hits an obstacle, changes something, and the outcome is different. People do not remember data, they remember stories.
Pacing and open loops
Cuts that leave no dead air, shot changes every few seconds, and questions answered later to hold curiosity to the end.
Close with an action
Save, comment a word, send a message. One single action, said out loud and written on screen.
Measure and repeat
We look at where the retention curve drops, fix the opening and test again. What retains gets repeated with another story; what does not gets dropped without argument.
Common questions
About photo and video
Do I need expensive equipment?
For social, almost never. A recent phone with good light is more than enough; what changes the level is direction, script and editing. When a project genuinely needs a camera and a set, we propose it separately and justify it.
How often do we need to shoot?
One well-planned day a month usually yields content for four or five weeks. Concentrating production is far more efficient than shooting daily without a plan.
Can you tell when video is AI?
Depends what it is used for. For environments, animations, voiceovers or ad variants it passes perfectly. For showing your team or your premises, no: that gets filmed for real, because trust is not built with synthetic images. And when a piece could mislead, it gets labelled.
Can I shoot and you edit?
Yes, and it is the most affordable option. We send you the script, framing and light and sound guidelines; you record on your phone and we handle the edit, subtitles, music and cover.
Do I get the original files?
Yes. When the project closes you receive the photos in full resolution, the videos exported in the formats you need, and the raw footage. It is yours.
Does this replace social media management?
No, it feeds it. Here we produce the material; publishing it with judgement, at the right time, and answering the community is the social media service. They can be hired together or separately.
