Build your brand
before you spend on ads.

A brand is not a nice logo. It is the reason someone chooses you even when you charge more. We define positioning, visual identity and a usable manual so your business looks equally solid on a sign, on Instagram and in a proposal.

The real problem

If they cannot explain you, they compare you on price

When a customer cannot repeat in one sentence what you do and why it is worth it, the only thing left to compare is the number. That is how a good business ends up competing against whoever is willing to earn less.

Branding is not decoration. It is deciding who you are for, what you are willing to be worse at, and saying it the same way everywhere: on the website, in the store, in the quote and in the way you answer a message.

When that is settled, everything downstream gets cheaper. Ads convert better, content stops being a struggle, and the price stops being the conversation.

Signs this is your step

  • Almost every conversation ends in a discount request.
  • Your materials do not look like they come from the same company.
  • You explain what you do differently every time.
  • You look smaller than you actually are.
  • Someone told you “I did not know you did that too”.

What is included

From the conversation to the manual

Positioning

Who you are for, what you compete on, and the sentence that separates you. This is what the customer repeats and what decides the sale.

Naming and verbal identity

Name, tagline and tone of voice. How you sound when you sell, when you explain and when you have to deliver bad news.

Visual identity

Symbol, logotypes, palette, typography and graphic resources, with versions for light and dark backgrounds and one single sheet of rules.

Applications

Cards, stationery, signage, email signature and social templates, so the brand lives where you use it daily, not only in the presentation.

Brand manual

A short document with the rules on what can and cannot be done, so it does not fall apart over time in someone else’s hands.

Source files

Editable versions, plus versions ready for print and for screen. The formats a printer, an ad platform or your next designer will ask for.

How we work

Three rounds and it closes

We do not show fifty options for you to pick blindly. We move forward on decisions, not on tastes.

Immersion

One long session with you and with whoever knows the customer first-hand. We leave with the positioning written and approved before drawing anything.

Two visual routes

Two distinct directions, each argued and applied to a real piece, so you see how it behaves off the page.

Refinement and delivery

One route is chosen, adjusted to the detail, the applications are produced and the manual is delivered with all the files.

Common questions

About building a brand

How long does the whole process take?

Between four and six weeks for a business with a single line of service. What usually stretches it is not the design: it is how long approvals take on your side.

Do I have to change my name?

Almost never. We only raise it when the name is actively working against you: impossible to say, already taken, or promising something you do not sell. And if we do, we say why.

Can I keep my current logo?

Yes, if it is usable. Sometimes the fix is not a new logo but a system around it: palette, typography, order. We will tell you honestly which of the two your case needs.

What if I do not like either of the routes?

It has not happened yet, because the positioning is approved before anything gets drawn. If it did, the third round exists precisely to correct course without extra cost.

Does this include the website?

No, but it is the natural next step and it comes out much better when the brand is already defined. That is the digital marketing service.
