Social media
with something to say.
Social media management for businesses tired of posting for the sake of posting. An editorial line, a calendar you can actually sustain, and pieces recognisable as yours from the thumbnail.
The real problem
Posting every day is not a strategy
It is the most common trap: someone says you have to post often, the business starts producing content to fill a calendar, and three months later there are two hundred posts that served nobody. It exhausts the team and it does not move a single sale.
What does work is having few topics, very clear, that matter to the people who buy from you, and repeating them in different shapes until your name is associated with them. Less volume, more intent.
And a consistent visual identity, so someone recognises a post is yours before reading the account name.
Signs this is your step
- You post when you remember and then disappear for two weeks.
- Your pieces do not look like each other or like your business.
- Messages come in and nobody answers them in time.
- You have followers but not customers.
- You are spending hours on this instead of running your business.

How we work
The month, from the inside
A cycle that repeats, so you never depend on last-minute inspiration.
Planning
In the last week of the previous month we set topics, dates and pieces, and send it over for approval.
Production
Everything is designed and written together. Working in one block is what keeps the visual coherence.
Publishing and community
It gets scheduled, published and attended. Anything urgent is handled the same day.
Review
We look at what got saved, what got shared and what started real conversations, and the next month is built from that.
Common questions
About social media management
How many posts per month do I need?
Fewer than you have been told. We prefer a rhythm you can sustain for a year over one intense month followed by three of silence. The exact number comes from the business and the production capacity, and it is fixed in the plan.
Which platforms should I be on?
Only the ones where your customer is. For most local businesses that is Instagram and Facebook, sometimes TikTok. Being on five platforms halfway is worse than being on one properly.
Do I need to record content myself?
It helps a lot, especially if your business runs on trust in a person. We give you short scripts and phone-recording guidelines and handle the rest. If you would rather not be on camera, we work with other formats.
Do you answer customer messages?
Yes, within a protocol we define together. Commercial or delicate enquiries get routed to you; the routine questions get answered with pre-agreed replies.
Can it be combined with paid campaigns?
Yes, and it is usually the most profitable move: whatever performs best organically is the best candidate to put budget behind. That gets coordinated with digital marketing.
